This business didn't even know that I had reserved a Uhaul. He just happened to be there when I arrived. I told the owner I would be returning the truck later that day, but he said he would just put returning by 8 a.m. the next day, because he wasn't actually open for business because it was a holiday. He Didn't have the size truck I requested. I had to take a small 10 footer instead. Then, I had to go get the truck at his home. Walk thru snow to find the right truck, scape off the mountain of snow on it. I Only got 2 loads done, then the truck got stuck in my driveway in literally a half inch of slush. I was stuck for over 2 hours. Called uhaul for help, but was told I don't qualify for assistance because I didn't know how far payment was from my driveway. I didn't even understand what that meant. So I had to pay someone $60 to come get the truck unstuck. The tires were crap on the uhaul because my little SUV didn't have any problem in my driveway. The person who pulled me out couldn't believe it was stuck in that little but of slush. I was so frustrated after getting it unstuck, that I just returned it back to the shop. I only got to use it for 2.5 hours, and was stuck for another 2 hours. It was a total waste of my money and time, because I ended up having to hire someone with a regular pick up truck to finish helping me move the the rest of the big stuff the next day and have been using my little SUV thru out the rest of the week, in the evening after work by myself. This was the absolute worst experience.

This location was refusing the drop off due to ‘no room’ and wanted me to drive 2 hours to the next drop off location. I would not do this and returned it anyway to see the lot had plenty of room.
KELLY CThe gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was excellent to deal with. We had a pile of snow recently and he recommend we bump up to the 15’ with dual tires on the back. We are very appreciative of the recommendation, as the highways were terrible. The truck was out and ready for us upon pickup. Can’t get any better service than what he provided to us.
