I uploaded pictures of my drivers license. While everything else was loaded into my reservation, the driver’s license was not. That had to be done on the lot. If U-Haul is looking to make pickup even more efficient, look into why that one piece wasn’t there. Other than that, it was an easy pick up.
Robert MOperator was very helpful and kind. Overall excellent experience. I will definitively come back to this location for my next moving date.
