Don't leave ANYTHING in the truck only to return to retrieve it (Altec Lansing speaker i use for GPS in whatever vehicle i drive) when you reach your vehicle or the "NEPHEW" will claim it as his and PRETEND it wasn't there. The business was closed by the time I reached my car across the street at QT.... seems suspect as fuck. NO ACCOUNTABILITY at all. They ALSO lied about what time I returned the truck. I was at work at 10 pm. I left the truck at 4 almost 5 pm. they reported 10pm?

This location was great. They made a real easy. I was very friendly but when you get to the customer service of U-Haul and they call me they was very rude. The lady was very nasty for no reason she called to ask me when will I be returning the equipment the truck and I told her it was already returned. They just asked me what time I paused and as I’m pausing before I can even speak, she said it again real nasty and I told her we hold on and she wouldn’t let me get a word out and just was rude and then she hung up on me so U-Haul customer service is not linked to that location but y’all need to know the people that is on the phone verifying when you gonna bring the stuff back that’s who’s rude and y’all need to do something about it But the location was awesome. The check-in was quick and I give five stars. For that location only not for the customer service on the phone.

Andrew EI uploaded pictures of my drivers license. While everything else was loaded into my reservation, the driver’s license was not. That had to be done on the lot. If U-Haul is looking to make pickup even more efficient, look into why that one piece wasn’t there. Other than that, it was an easy pick up.
Robert MOperator was very helpful and kind. Overall excellent experience. I will definitively come back to this location for my next moving date.
