Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone after our experience. The night before our move, our pickup location was changed to one 20+ minutes farther away, and our pickup time was moved from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM… immediately putting us behind schedule on moving day. To make matters worse, the truck had a flat tire that took four hours to get fixed. Because of the delayed pickup time and the tire issue, we ran out of time and had to keep the truck an extra day. The local U-Haul location (Store Here Mercer) told us we could keep it an additional day at no charge due to the inconvenience, but we were later charged for that extra day anyway. (Charge was disputed). The person helping us at the pick up location (Store Here Mercer) was very kind and we did not have issues with anything there, other than it being completely out of the way for us when our pick up location was promised to be closer to our home. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience that added unnecessary stress, time, and cost to an already busy moving day. Definitely disappointed.

Nothing. Rochelle was very quick and professional. Did an excellent job in checking us in and out!
Hector OGrumpy self-storage unit clerk. The 2 dollies and blankets that we had reserved were not included, "we only rent trucks, we don't have that other stuff". We had to make do without the requested hand truck, 4-wheel dollie and 6 blankets. She did sell us a dozen small cardboard moving boxes and 2 rolls of clear tape.
Daniel CI would suggest an extensive inspection of the trucks front suspension and steering.
John CEquipment at first place wasn't rentable. At second location, the lady didn't know how to hook up the Equipment and never checked it. The office reeked of marijuana.
