The engine light was on in equipment and I was told I was going to get refund for all the gas I put in it coming from Macon Georgia tech Lexington Kentucky and I still have not received reimbursement in all the gas I've spent. Truck was not in good running condition. Engine light was on. I did submit my receipts to Maurice

ARTICE H.I was very disappointed 😞. I had to drive from Forsyth to Macon, from Macon back to Forsyth, then from Forsyth to Warner Robins. It made me lose time and more money. This whole experience made me frustrated and 😡. They told me that they were going to give me a 10 percent discount and wave my mileage for my inconvenience. They charged more money after I dropped it off. You all have to do better ( period)

Y'all made her life as difficult as possible by doing maintenance on your servers on her busiest day of the week, but she took it all in stride, apologized profusely, and just kept smiling. I have rented quite a few uhauls in my life, and I don't think I've ever once taken the time to do one of these surveys, because my mom raised me right that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all… This time was different. Top notch experience at this location, will HIGHLY recommend.

Due to rain I couldn't unload as quickly as hoped so had to change drop off locations. It worked out fine and left the vehicle with more gas in it than I left with :0) LOL and dropped the keys in the drop off. I thank you folks for accommodating our needs and with a nice well maintained vehicle. It does need a set of wiper blades but other than that perfect. Keep up the good work, and Uhaul will be my first choice from now on.

Princessa A.My original location is no longer a uhaul servicer, they should be removed from your list of available locations: BP Food Mart 5394 Thomaston Rd Macon, GA 31220 I had to locate another dropoff location. Once I did that, they would not accept the truck until I called and had uhaul change the dropoff location. This added considerable time and inconvenience.

She never did a inspection before giving me the keys. She didn't want to get out in the cold. When I returned it she did not want to believe the gas level despite I took pictures of the odometer and gas level (all shown in same pix).

Connor G.I called and reserved a 26' truck several days in advance. Then I'm told the day before that I would have to drive to a different town 40 miles away to get what I ordered. So I had to get the next available size down which was 20'. Because I didn't get the size I ordered I was forced to have to make a second trip across the state, because I'm moving, to get the rest of my belongings causes much added stress and expenses to myself because I was not given the truck that I ordered.
