Great customer service didn't catch his name but great service.. The truck I had reserved haven't come in at the time i needed to pick it up. But i was giving the next rental that was available. But great idea a over kill for the size but it work out very well thanks guys.. Fyi it rain thur my whole trip and the driver side door leak water thur as it rain but over all great truck and great ride will rent again .. Truly the driver ...

Facility is professional to customers. would be a very good location for Uhaul if it provided more of Uhaul equipment like Tarps, Furniture covers, load straps, etc,etc, etc. Location on Eisenhower Pkwy is perfect, It's between I75 and I475 Huge Plaza a nice small Uhaul Office would be great if it hasn't been suggested already. Understand it's a drop off place but a big comfort for customers and business.
phillip mThe regional representative who called me told me I could pick up my truck at 9:00 problem is that the location doesn't open until 10:00 so I had to sit there for an hour for no reason. Otherwise everything was great.
