Facility is professional to customers. would be a very good location for Uhaul if it provided more of Uhaul equipment like Tarps, Furniture covers, load straps, etc,etc, etc. Location on Eisenhower Pkwy is perfect, It's between I75 and I475 Huge Plaza a nice small Uhaul Office would be great if it hasn't been suggested already. Understand it's a drop off place but a big comfort for customers and business.

The regional representative who called me told me I could pick up my truck at 9:00 problem is that the location doesn't open until 10:00 so I had to sit there for an hour for no reason. Otherwise everything was great.
