They need to lubricate the hinges on the door that the key was housed in. I literally had to pry it open with my pocket screwdriver to get it open.

The front tire had 2 nails in it that were discovered after truck was loaded. We had to wait 3 hours for assistance. It would have been much better if the problem was discovered prior to picking it up it was driven 3 miles when discovered

LISHA DThe trailer was not tightened down on the ball, therefore coming loose and striking my bumper, not once but twice because of the chains and putting two dents into my bumper on my truck. When I returned the trailer, the lady was not there that did the U-Haul rental so I’m not quite sure how to go about filing a claim. It is the responsibility, I feel of the U-Haul representative to double check the trailer to make sure it is adhered properly to the vehicle
