The rental process was easy. Retail representative did not assist us with the hook up of the Trailer. This seems potentially hazardous to allow customers to handle this alone. The trailer was not clean and had some damage to the wheel well. The a lot was muddy and difficult to navigate will not recommend this location.

Couldn’t get trailer to unhitch., The latch, once unscrewed, would not come off ball. The guy in shack left 1.5 hrs earlier than closing time but did come back when we called. We had to pull our pin out and pull away with everything. It came off ball once we did that.
ADELAIDE MBack of truck had red mud smeared throughout. Ants crawling at the very rear inside truck. Truck was parked in a field behind a run down used car lot. Went inside building to inquire about my rental, only to be greeted by a man who looked high as a kite sitting on a sofa which responded to me with "we don't do nothing with uhaul, you need to call them"
