Kevin CDropped off and gave contract to them on the same afternoon as I picked it up. Contacted u haul to change the drop off location. Despite multiple contacts the contract wasn’t closed for 48 hours and they called the head office to tell them I hadn’t shown up

RONALD PI was able to return the truck after a few hours We finished moving early like done in 3 hours I keep on receiving calls asking if I can return it before 4 pm I found out someone double booked the truck I rented Everyone there was friendly I guess it’s not their fault! I paid 229 cad plus put 30 cad gas I’m ok with that! I’m happy with service I was lucky I got to the truck first or I could be the one hoping that it would be returned early or wouldn’t be able to move my stuff and maybe postpone it for another week! I still appreciate the good service though! Thank you
