Drop off location was closed when we dropped both the trailer and then the truck the next day. It wasn’t late at night when we dropped the trailer, and because both pieces were on the same contract number I had to drop the trailer and leave it without closing the contract because we had nowhere to put the trailer at the destination the truck was going to unload. Thankfully the trailer was still there when we came back the next day after unloading the truck and I was able to do the pics again to return both the truck and trailer.

When picking up the unit, they did not inspect the unit prior to leaving. Just gave us the keys and didn’t inspect the gas either. Then upon drop off, suddenly they cared about the unit and charged us extra for the gas when it wasn’t full to begin with.
Richard DThe only way to describe this entire rental experience is unfortunately, a 'shitshow'. Now that my move is completed, I'll be contacting U-Haul directly to tell them the details. I highly recommend you do NOT use the Madoc location for your rental needs.

Scott CI guess it is part of an auto body shop. I pull up, there are no instructions or signs. He opens the garage door, I approach him an ask if he would like me to pull the uhaul truck in there. He says no and to go up to the front desk and that "someone" will be there to help me. I go stand at the front desk for a while . 10-15 minutes. No one comes. He comes over to the desk and says "someone" will be there soon to help me. I wait another 10-15 minutes, he comes up to the desk and says if it is on credit card, to just leave the key and walk away. He was very "stunned".
