After getting the truck and loading it found out the air conditioning didn’t work. Took the truck back to office he face us another truck maybe it’s not your policy to help but I’m a 69 year old woman and my grand daughter had to unload the truck and load the other our selves. There wasn’t any compassion or concern for us.
