My reservation was changed to this location. I don't believe it was this locations fault, but the fault of Uhaul as a whole. Received no instructions on self pick up. Called the support number and the lady I spoke with had zero concern for my issues and zero care for customer service. Then to make matters worse I was charged twice for my rental!

JOHN Mpersonnel question is not applicable as we did non-office hours drop off and did not interact with anyone. No clear parking location indicators for drop off but overall was a large area to leave the equipment even if we were unsure of exactly where to park it
