KEITH BI live in Conroe TX I had to drive to Magnolia Tx to get the Cargo van when there is a U haul place right here in Conroe. IT took me an hour just to get there.I will say the lady that took care of me was great.I had a problem on day one with the van.An sos came up on the screen. I went to u haul in Conroe, They told me they would not touch it because I did not get the van in Conroe.They told me to take it back to Magnolia.As luck would have it the sos on the screen cleared.I think all u hauls should be able to fix a problem no matter where you got it from.That is not good business.
