I was told I would pay $316 to change to a location they determined for drop off - I did so and got charged over $400 and the drop off location said they couldn’t help. I also let them know that the ac worked for about 20 min and then blew hot air for the remainder of my 3 hour drive and they said they’d note that for the next person. I rented the truck from Abilene and my husband rented a trailer in magnolia to move my daughter and not happy at all with the experience
