I would absolutely never recommend U-Haul to anyone. I booked a one way trip, got my contract that didn’t specify such, contacted customer service to see what could be done and they told me I had no choice but to bring it back to the original location which has now cost me twice as much on top of fuel. U-Haul is an absolute scam and I will make sure that all of my friends and family are aware because I am incredibly distraught over this experience. Not to mention that the check engine light came on immediately as I started driving to my new address. I’d honestly give zero stars if I could.

Kenneth WThe truck was very rough riding. Rear latch could use some lube. Windshield was so dirty it was hard to see out of when driving into the sun. Otherwise, it got the job done.
