Kaci TI would absolutely never recommend U-Haul to anyone. I booked a one way trip, got my contract that didn’t specify such, contacted customer service to see what could be done and they told me I had no choice but to bring it back to the original location which has now cost me twice as much on top of fuel. U-Haul is an absolute scam and I will make sure that all of my friends and family are aware because I am incredibly distraught over this experience. Not to mention that the check engine light came on immediately as I started driving to my new address. I’d honestly give zero stars if I could.
