Customer service was friendly and helpful. The trailer was dirty and had grease on floor I had to clean off before I picked up new furniture. Frustrating considering I clean my rentals out before returning.

Like many people, I've used U-Haul many times over the years. This was my best experience overall, for both pickup and drop off. In and out in a few minutes. The trailer was solid and towed very well.

Kenneth KThe location for pickup was great. The last time that truck I rented had the inside of the windshield or the dash wiped down, we did not know what COVID meant. I was a bit surprised at how dirty the dash was. It was not one U-haul location that has not touched the truck. This truck has not seen a good cleaning in a long, long time.
