1) The driver's side tail light/brake light had some issues. 2) The video showing how to secure the vehicle was not very helpful in that there was no rear chain tie down. 3) There was no discussion at time of rental or pickup about special tie downs being needed. We used our own.
CHESTER CExcellent customer service. Greeted with a smile and was very professional. The lot is huge and easy to park the return rental. Nice that it is located right off a main highway.
