The dealer at Busy Corner Self Storage was very helpful and all went well. My only negative is with U-Haul corporate. I originally reserved the rental with a dealer that was closer, within 2 miles of my house. U-Haul corporate called and changed the location to Busy Corner location which was 10 miles longer from my house. Not terrible, however, it did change our planned move schedule because it took longer to pickup and longer to return.

RODNEY HI did not get my rental agreement back when it was taken to get my equipment. Prob part my fault for not asking for it, but it should be a process to get the customer their rental agreement contract so he can return the equipment with no hassle when he returns it.
MARK GMake sure things like the check engine light and tire service are not coming on. Makes concern that the truck could have issues and we would be responsible even though it was already in there
