We booked in Winchester but no one was there when we went to pick up...called uhaul and they transfer us to Manchester, got to that location and they had transfered to another location AND changed the size of our truck to a smaller one...thankfully the wonderful lady at Busy Corner had the origianl size we needed...were told that because of the trouble we would not have to pay for extra miles but that was not added to our reservation either, again thankfully the wonderful lady at Busy Corner helped as much as she could. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the Winchester location...very dissappointed becase we ended up having to pay for some milage that we would not have gotten!
