It was not the location of where we booked. It was 10 miles away from where we booked to pick up. This was very Inconvenient as we were moving
William SThis location is a bar!! Renting U Haul equipment is just a side hustle to make a few extra dollars. This location had no clue what they were doing. I rented a 12' x 6' open trailer and typically the U Haul facility will hook it up for me. The person at this location told me to do it myself and then when you are done, I will take a picture. This person was utterly useless.
