Easy access and no hassles

Richard A.I got to the location (CD liquor) and the guy working behind the counter was surprised I was there but nice. He called the uhaul guy (I guess it's a different business?) and he didn't answer. Tried him a couple more times and he finally answered - clearly woke him up from a deep sleep (it was 3:24 pm - reservation was for 3:30 so my bad I guess). Uhaul guy took about 14 minutes to get combobulated and verify me. Poor liquor store guy was like “are you still there??†when uhaul guy on the phone was silent for a while. Weird experience but got the truck and returned it and all was fine. So I guess 7 out 10?
