I don't know how I received the safe move charge. When I made the reservation I did not request it. I don't know if it was added when she re did my reservation after having trouble accessing it. I am not fond of extra charges. If this is a UHaul issue I will not use uhaul again

There was a random tire in the back of the truck that we had to deal with before loading it. Even though we registered ahead of time the verification call from the facility to a U-Haul rep took a long time (on U-hauls side).
Jeffrey PThe lady at this location was very rude. I have always had the employee connect the trailer for me to ensure that everything operates correctly. This was the first time that the employee refused to connect the trailer for me, and on top of that she acted as if I was crazy for even asking. When I explained to her that it is Uhauls policy to hook up the trailer for the customer, she told me she does not work for U-Haul and that it is not her problem. In addition, the inside of the trailer was not clean and had rock/small debris, and the tires were low on tread and heavily dry rotted. I will not be returning to this location.

Jennifer CTerrible place! We returned our haul, while leaving they said they would reach out if there were any outstanding charges. I get home to see they charged us for not leaving enough gas but we left more gas than we started with (gas is 4.87 a gallon at this time) ! Do not rent out nor return here!!
