The customer service was horrible! We had to call a phone number on the door to get a hold of them. The website says they open at 10am and on the door there’s a sign that says 3pm. There was still no one there at 3:30. We had to wait for them to come and then they made us feel like we inconvenienced them. My husband wanted them to inspect the truck with him so they could see the scratches that were on it before we left with the truck. They just said ya all the trucks are beat up. They were NOT very friendly or helpful.
