The uHaul truck had brakes or bad alignment that caused the truck caused to shudder violently back and forth if you used them at more than 35 miles per hour. I nearly lost control of the truck going down hill on a steep grade on I70 West of Green River. The trailer had only one chain to secure Subaru outback we were hauling and that was too short to secure it in any way.

DENNIS ESubject: Incorrect Address Listed for Manti Location Hello, I wanted to share some important feedback about the Manti U-Haul location. The address currently listed in the U-Haul app is incorrect—it directs customers about 10 minutes past the actual site. As someone unfamiliar with the area, this caused me unnecessary delays and confusion. I imagine many other customers from out of town could run into the same problem. While the staff at the actual location were outstanding—friendly, professional, and very helpful—the incorrect address made the rental process far more stressful than it should have been. I strongly recommend correcting this issue in the system as soon as possible to prevent further inconvenience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
