Four days after turning in the equipment, I got an email from Uhaul saying the rented trailer was never turned in. Called the place and they said they couldn’t find it. There was maybe 3 other trailers by where I parked it. The note from uhaul also said they’d tried to contact me but I had zero missed calls. The trailer wasn’t hard to find, they just put in zero effort to close out my contract until I spoke to them by phone. After the phone call, it was resolved within 5 minutes.

MICHAEL WWhen we arrived at the time of our reservation we were told that the person who does the uhaul pickups was gone and not available. We were told we wouldn't be able to pickup the trailer that day. After a few minutes, they then told us that if we come back in a couple of hours then someone would be there to help us. When we returned at the new time we were again told they couldn't rent us the trailer. After a lengthy discussion the rep finally figured out a way to get us the rental. This was not the first time that we've had issues with picking up uhaul equipment from this location, even with making a reservation ahead of time. Very frustrating and disappointing experiences.
