sharyl tThe truck was old and raggedy and frankly felt unsafe. The check in process was terribly inconvenient. I attempted to check in from the app after hours on my day of rental and did not have the option to do so. When I went back the next morning to check in it took an hour because of the U-Haul systems being slow and glitchy. This made or a stressful and inconvenient move day.
