The roads in and out of this rental place are too small. The trucks are parked in unpaved areas. I would not rent here again. Plenty of better locations

Dawn PWhen I booked the vehicle, my contracted rate was $.89 per mile. I just received a receipt that says one $1.19 per mile. I will be disputing these charges with my American Express and calling corporate as this not a fair practice when dealing with customers. Prices stated online should be reflected at the counter.
Nyah JI had 24 hrs. to return my trailer, according to the clerk. My husband returned the trailer early but after hours and without me, because they closed early on Sunday at 1 pm. I called the 1800 number to make sure it was ok to leave the trailer and to check it back in with the customer service rep. The next morning I call to check with the U-Haul to see if all is good.. the young man checked it in at 9:am ( seeing that I had 24 hrs to return) he charged me 22$ extra for not checking it in the day before. I don’t feel it’s fair and would like my money returned. Thanks, loyal customer.
LaTanya VThe person at this location was nice and ver helpful in answering our questions and providing additional pads. The truck was ready for us, but very low on gas, requiring over 40 gal. to be added before we could head out of town.
