I rented a truck to do a move for someone. The truck had broken glass throughout the whole back box of it. Then I received a call from the company that I rented from making sure I would have it back by morning because another customer was bugging her about it. The truck was rented for the day and I felt harassed over it. I won't rent through that company again.
DUSTY SExcellent experience! Super fast check-in. Trailer was clean and well maintained. Easy drop-off process after hours using the U-Haul app. Definitely recommend this location.

Loran EPeople very friendly, however: The dust cover for the axle bearing was missing and the bearing had little to no grease. I was desperate and needed the trailer, so i bought the needed items and repair the bearing myself. Grease 6 dollars, Dust cover 23 dollars, rags 2 dollars.
