I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance in Provo. I was notified that I needed to pick up the truck in Mapleton. This was a 30 minute drive and there are 7 U-Haul locations that were located closer to my location. I’m not sure why a truck was not available at a closer location but I think that is terrible customer service. I relate this to the U-Haul company and not to this pick up location.
