Passenger mirror was loose afraid would Fall off

DAVID CThe next time you need to have a truck in Thunder Bay make sure one exists!! After being jerked around for 6 hours we were given a choice to; 1) drive 2 hours over the US border 0r 2) drive 3 hours to Marathon. So after driving 6 hours back to Thunder bay we were able to start loading at 11 pm so that we could start to travel to Toronto.
WAYNE FI called to make sure they were open for U-Haul and was advised open until 9pm. Arrived at 4:30pm only to find out the owner was not in and the two people working did not know how to receive a return. The employee called the owner who said I could just leave the key. I was not comfortable with that so he said he would come in in an hour. An hour passed and the owner did not arrive. The employee called him again and he said he wasn’t coming in before 6. I spoke with him on the phone and he said either I leave the key or call U-Haul. Terrible customer service by this site. If you are not able to assist your customers in a timely fashion, and these rentals are not cheap, then maybe you shouldn’t have a U-Haul site.
