william fDidn't check in until the next day. Luckily I didn't have to turn it in until then, so I wasn't charged extra.
Anthony DIf I had turned it in on Sunday, as scheduled, no one would have been there and was told it would not be done.
Richard EAwful experience. Office locked. No one answered phone. Was to pick up rental at. 9:00 AM. Will never consider this location again. Alabama office unknowledgable ..... should not be answering phone.
