Awful experience. Office locked. No one answered phone. Was to pick up rental at. 9:00 AM. Will never consider this location again. Alabama office unknowledgable ..... should not be answering phone.

Shantella JHad a reservation to pick up trailer at 9:00, but the place doesn’t open until 10:30. Not very friendly.
Richard SLet people know ahead of time that they will need the U-Haul app to make things easier. Also, work on the camera portion of the app a little bit.
