James CThe location didn't clean the trailer and it smelled like animal urine. They also didn't sell hitches/balls for thr trailer or rent blankets. The location is also extremely remote and it was very inconvenient to have to get a hitch/ball elsewhere then come back only to get the trailer home and have it be dirty.

Johnny CNo internet service in that area so had a difficult time trying to complete checkout. Also they have you walk all across their yard to look for the truck to only have to walk the other direction further to get keys then walk all the way back to the truck very inconvenient and frustrating. Pickup was out of the way of my travel and I only received a half tank when I was needing a full. Price was much for a half tank that was not cool at all. Horrible experience with location and not happy about the Gas not being full.
