When it comes to pick up. You should attempt to have the equipment closer then an hour away when there is a usual 5 minute s down the road. Having to drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up is ridiculous without some sort of compensation for troubles.

Marilyn MillerVery Negative Experience. Location front door blocked by equipment and junk. I'll send photos if you like. Opened the door and yelled multiple times if anyone was there. Could not locate a single UHaul employee or anyone for that matter. There is no office, the owner came out of the bar next door wearing plain clothes. Phone number didn't work. His wife couldn't figure out how to complete the return. He could care less. Was hugging and commiserating with the band who was to play at his bar ignoring me completely by walking away from my equipment return and walking back to his bar. Couldn't figure out how to not overcharge me, asked that I call UHaul customer service to figure it out. The worst customer service experience I've ever had to date. Do not send your customers there to return equipment. They are completely unqualified to use the UHaul name, an embarrassment.
William CarpenterYou changed the drop off location where I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way cause of all the construction, for me to show up to this place that was in the middle of the dessert, and to top it all off all the doors was barricaded and nobody was around. When I called the corporate number you tried to send me to a new location, luckily I found a key drop off.

Sara Pineira2nd time I've rented a truck from this location and the a/c hasn't worked in either of the two trucks. TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was flashing warnings from the moment I left. Cab was free of large debris / garbage but the whole interior of the truck was covered in a layer of dirt / sand. The inside of the cab stunk like a used diaper was left under the seat.
David LeiskeVery friendly easy pick up process. The only thing was the gas tank was under a 1/4 tank. Talked to a girl on the phone that does scheduling and she just told me to take a picture of the dashboard and fill tank to where it was when picking up.

Raul DelgadoThe pick up location was accommodating but Uhaul as a whole dropped the ball with my reservation twice and did not pay me the $50.00 guarantee as the representative said they would. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Shame on you uhaul, you should stand by your “guarantee”
Elizabeth JonasI picked up an auto transport here and asked the person there to tell me if the turn signals and brake lights working as tried the turn switch and stepped on the brake pedal. He gave the ok and off I went. Half way to Alpine CA, I stopped to do an equipment check and they were not working. I drove the rest without both— which is quite scary.

Jeffrey DiazWe rented a Uhaul that was supposed to be picked up in Gold Canyon, AZ, then they changed the location to east Mesa, when we were on our way they called us and said it was no longer available. The lady on the phone worked hard to find one close to us and this location did their best to make the fact we had to drive 120 miles round trip an easy experience for us. The gentleman that assisted us at this location did a wonderful job trying to accommodate us and get us out of there quickly.

Johnny CanadyFellow wasn't very knowledgeable about how the trailer worked and I certainly didn't know but I figured it out when I got it home. I was also told by Uhaul I was getting a $40 rebate because they double booked me at another place. No one knew about that nor did I get it, to my knowledge. Not this guy's fault though.
Frank LittlefieldThe location is not very well seen from the road. The representative didn’t check the equipment back in properly so I received a phone call days after I returned the equipment asking if I wanted to extend my rental.
