The people are nice enough, it’s that the U-Haul process is misleading and poorly executed. The hours listed for this location are wrong; the self checkout option isn’t available (even though I indicated I wanted that) and the whole pre-registration process of uploading your license is a waste of time because they require that they do it while you’re standing at the counter.

MICHELLE CIt's kind of hard to find, and doesn't have any identification on the street as a Uhaul location - I could only spot it by the Uhaul truck sitting in the back of the lot. Otherwise, it is a fairly convenient location, once you know where it is.
EDWARD CI picked up vehicle with only 3/4 of gas tank full and was notified that I would have to return with same level of gas in tank... when I returned vehicle (two days early) this afternoon with slightly more than 3/4 gas tank level, was told that I was supposed to return with full tank...
