The truck was not clean inside. The windshield was dirty inside and out.

Was a bit difficult to find - needs some signage to indicate it is a Uhaul location.

They processed our return in under 5 minutes & it was easy-peasy!

Ismael LSue was very friendly and kind when I came in to pick up my rental. They moved the truck out of the lot and onto to street for me so that it was easier to get on the road. We did discover that one headlight wasn't working, but they made allowances to correct the problem. My return was easy as well with no hassle whatsoever. I would definitely rent from them again. Overall, great experience.

DEANNA MWhen I pickup the truck up it had 1/2 tank of gas and was told to make sure that it had 1/2 tank upon the return. I went to a gas station and filled the tank to Full. My move was for a one-way rental from Visalia, CA to Pacific Grove, CA. I tried to return the truck at your Del Monte location, as I was told the truck could be returned at any U-Haul location. Also, the U-Haul Del Monte was closer for a return that the Marina location. However, when I call the Del Monte location they conveyed that I would have to return it in Marina. I ended up just below 1/2 tank and had to pay an additional $14.33. I thought when I picked up the truck that 1/2 tank was odd because they always are Full. I would recommend always renting the trucks Full because it was had to really tell that I was below 1/2 tank of gas when the truck was returned.

TINA AThis specific location was great; and employee at front desk was great. My issue HOWEVER was I had booked pickup in Santa Cruz location (~ 25 miles away) so I needed to spend 2 hrs to/from in Labor Day holiday wkd traffic to pickup my rental.
James CHorrible. No one was there. The driveway was blocked. There was no key box. Nothing. Horrible.
Marshall FThe truck was returned right before I received it. The truck had not been inspected by anyone at this location. It had water bottles and energy drinks rolling around under the seats. It had dirty floors. Apparently it also had damage that I did not notice and Uhaul charged me for because I did not thoroughly inspect the truck. ALWAYS INSPECT THE TRUCK! The business owners will not do it for you! They also gave me a different truck than what was on my contract. They told me I needed to fill the tank a quarter full and when I returned the truck a quarter full, they charged me for 3/4 of a tank of gas because it was a different truck. Do not expect Uhaul people to check these things, always verify for yourself which truck you are getting and check for damage. I give them one star because this location is unorganized and makes simple mistakes that costed me double.
