There was a green oily substance on the floor in the back of the truck when I got it home. Cleaned it up the best I could, but the floor was still slick in places from whoever had it before me.

After speaking with a U-Haul rep, this location lied about not offering mobile pickup. The office staff was extremely rude. I was on the phone, filing a formal complaint before leaving the building. I have never been so disrespected by a company that was openly in the wrong, lost our reservation, and gave away our truck.
