The truck I rented had a problem in the roof of the cab. As soon as I got on the interstate and increased speed to 50, it was a metal pounding as loud and fast as if a machine gun was going off. It was horrible. We pulled off at first exit and couldn't find anything causing it. When we got to Carlyle Illinois I stopped at a uhaul dealership on 127 to see if we could switch trucks but they didn't have one. He suggested that I take it to Izaak repair, an authorized U-Haul repair and he didn't want to try and get a work order so we had to continue with it. I explained it to the gentleman at the Marion dealership and he just said thanks for telling him. This noise was horrific. I really feel we should be compensated for this in an adjustment to my fee.
