We did not interact with personnel as it was after business hours. Easy location to drop off. I wouldn’t say inviting. Check out process was unexpectedly lengthy and cumbersome. It was difficult to get the photos requested with the parking situation and walls/vehicles in the way. It would have been helpful to get notified of the process in advance.
