Did not have any of the supplies I ordered including the furniture pads, furniture dolly, or utility dolly. Was redirected to Framingham Uhual and the employee there was rude and condescending. Kept telling me I did not need that many furniture pads and that I can’t just take the supplies. He called the regional office who told him to give me the supplies that I ordered after a lot of arguing. He also was not there for 20 minutes. There was a line just standing there waiting. Overall progress took me an extra hour and half than it needed to.

Very deceiving with the price I was quoted and how cheap it was that's why we went with you and we're going to make future reservations but I'm not going to now is now $100 charge is ridiculous

MICHAEL JNo idea about drop off. It was late because of the snow and the truck got stuck on the Cape. We had to call U-Haul to have us pulled out so by the time we got to Marborough to unload it, we missed the hours for the store to drop it off while they were still open.
DONNA CEntrance for drop off was confusing. No clearly designated place to park truck. Key drop off not obvious and people inside were a bit rude when I asked them to point me in the right direction.
