The app had problems. Wouldn’t upload pics upon pick- up of the truck. And we unloaded quickly to get the truck back on time, but only the reserver could return the truck on the app, so they had to drive back to get me so it could be returned. I do not recommend as it was a shit show.

Praveenkumar RDid not have any of the supplies I ordered including the furniture pads, furniture dolly, or utility dolly. Was redirected to Framingham Uhual and the employee there was rude and condescending. Kept telling me I did not need that many furniture pads and that I can’t just take the supplies. He called the regional office who told him to give me the supplies that I ordered after a lot of arguing. He also was not there for 20 minutes. There was a line just standing there waiting. Overall progress took me an extra hour and half than it needed to.
