Location is not staffed. You have to call to have someone come meet you. This information should be provided before arriving to eliminate wait time.
Fred SMy only complaint is that I had reserved a vehicle in one location then had to drive to a different location to pick it up. I only needed it for a short trip less than 15 miles. But then I got charged for the miles to and from the location that my rental moved too. This I don't think was fair at all and I ended up getting charged extra milage to drive to this further location (there and back)- It was not that far - but it pushed me over my 15 miles I would have stayed under.
