We scheduled our pickup at the Marquette location for 4pm on Saturday. When we arrived the place was closed. We contacted the store owner who said that he closes at 12pm on Saturdays. You should NOT tell the customer that they can pick up at a time the store is closed. It turned into quite a problem for both us and the store owner.
