Be more accommodating. Truck wasn't where it should have been. Had to go to a different location. Was told that there would be a discount for the inconvenience. Man we spoke with said he hadn't heard that, but someone else would take care of discounts. Had to drop off at a location more than 30 miles from our location. Should have been a discount for that as well. I didn't understand charging and still think we paid regular fee.
