I didn’t like the decision of Uhaul traffic made with the location they said were the truck had to be returned. There were 3 locations much closer, when I called Uhaul traffic to return the truck; they gave me another location even further away and in the opposite direction. Very BAD customer service.

It was frustrating trying to get in and out of the location to pick up and return the rental due to a locked gate. I had to call customer service both times for the gate code.

DOTTIE MLet customers know how to use pin locations up return. I was at the drop off location almost an hour to get a pin for the gate. Very frustrating.
