Kristen was extremely helpful by guiding me through the truck returning experience! She also helped me in getting a storage unit rental set up. Kristen was very courteous and pleasant. She explained everything in a clear and easily understandable manner.

CURTIS WThe inside of the truck was not clean, and the back of the truck had dirt but I did not see the back of the truck at pick up. U-haul is trying to charge me a cleaning fee for something that I did not do!
Clyde RI didn’t like the decision of Uhaul traffic made with the location they said were the truck had to be returned. There were 3 locations much closer, when I called Uhaul traffic to return the truck; they gave me another location even further away and in the opposite direction. Very BAD customer service.
Leland BIt was frustrating trying to get in and out of the location to pick up and return the rental due to a locked gate. I had to call customer service both times for the gate code.
