Check the equipment and make sure everything is working when it is returned, not when you've rented it out to the next person. I had reserved the dolly a week ahead and even called the day before to make sure everything will be ready. When I arrived, the app would not work well so I had an issue uploading a picture of my driver's license. The woman working behind the counter was very helpful and kind. Once I had all of the paperwork completed, we went to hook it up and the adapter would not fit a 7-point hitch. So, I drove and purchased one myself so that I could still rent the tow dolly. Once everything was connected, the tail light did not work. So I had to wait for over an hour for a repairman to come. I arrived at 5:45 and left at 8:45. So frustrating:(
