Elaine M.Be more detailed and go over optional fees before automatically charging them. Don't get in a rush to were customer can't look over vehicle. Clean up dollies after use. And lastly, make sure contracts are right if more than one item is rented don't charge separately so there's additional fees that overcharge customer.
