Why did I get charged for gas. I put gas in and it had a 1/4 tank. I picked it up with 3-16 of tank. I have pics to proof it.

I don’t blame this location, but I declined insurance and I got charged for it anyways.
Robert DI didn’t realize that I was charged a fuel surcharge until I got home and looked at my receipt. I left the U-Haul with more fuel than I got it with. I received the U-Haul with less than 1/4 tank and added 4 gallons at the gas station where I picked it up, it was returned with over 1/4 tank. I was charged over $45 in fees. I did call the gas station and whomever answered the phone asked me to meet him tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully they will correct their error and reimburse me for the surcharge. Other than that it was pretty easy in and out.
Bryon HThe store clerk took over 30 minutes to figure out how to rent. He made 1 call to his boss for help he told him to call uhaul to help him. After that at the return the store clerk over charged me $117.00 He wasted lots of my time today and now I'm emailing you wasting more of my time. I'll never go back to that place to rent if I choose at all to rent again for uhaul. I'm not happy at all about having to delay my invoice to my employer to get reimbursed.
