Went online and filled out all my information. There is a U-Haul storage and rental 2 miles from me where I got a conformation that I could pick the truck up from. The day before I got an email that I would be picking it up from another location. They sent me way out of my way to a vape shop. The goof on the phone when I arrived said it would have been faster if I did it on-line even though he called me from the number I used when renting it on-line. Then told me it had a half a tank of gas when it was barely over a quarter tank. When I finally got the keys, they did know or help me find the truck. Just handed me the keys and said it's one of those out there.
