The gas policy is the worst policy ive ever heard of. Every vehicle should be returned completely filled for the next customer. You get a truck with a full tank, then you return it with a full tank. The process of moving and renting a truck is stressful enough, so when we picked up the truck with less than a quarter of a tank we then had to try and find a gas station to fill it up to whatever mileage we estimated using. Very inefficient and stressful for customers. Should just be fill the truck before you return it, or you get charged.
