KATHRYN GYou changed location for pickup without any notification. I scheduled to pickup the truck at Fort Knox Storage in Matamoros, Pa and you guys changed the location to a further location at Community Self Storage adding more miles to the trip making it cost more money. There was no courtesy call or anything. Your mobile checkout went on the frits so I had to get help from an employee at Community Self Storage and she was wonderful by the way but your program was horrible and the extra miles you added to my trip should be reimbursed.
