This is my second time using this location. I had originally scheduled both times for the "auto dreams group" location in Port Jervis NY via the app (1 year apart from the other, NY is closer to me but only by about 20 minutes). Both times I attempted reservations, I was transferred to the "community self storage Inc location". Both times I felt slightly annoyed at requiring a transfer to my non-selected carrier but let me tell you that one trip was a cross country one way and the second was a quick <6hours trip local return. Both times I was transferred to Community Self Storage Inc., the staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful to work with. I will no longer request a different location closer to me. The team at Community Self Storage Inc will be mine, my family and friend's only location to rent uhauls forever. A+++ to this location and it's wonderful team!

Dawn FWhile the truck was clean it was very noisy and rattled the entire time. The check engine light was on from the moment the truck was picked up. It needs new shocks and someone should look into the slow oil leak. The doors didn’t properly close and air kept filtering in - sounded like a window was opened even tho windows and doors were closed. The maintenance of the truck could have been much better.
